Very satisfactory results. Wayne explained exactly what was needed, he was polite, engaging and professional. He said where some stains were not removable but had tried specialist to clean them - my furnishings are aging!
He did a thorough job and I was very pleased with the finished work. I would recommend to all wanting furnishings cleaning.
