We have always used this service for our carpets and furniture. Always punctual and pleasant. Carpets are always cleaned professionally. The carpet I recently had cleaned, just looks like a new carpet. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would always use this service. I contacted Clean and Dry this morning on a mercy mission. Yesterday while my drive was just finishing the stage of the dark grey pressed concrete, a dog with no lead on entered the garage from the adjoining field and bounced on the still soft surface, then turned and came through to my lounge via the back door, bringing in transit black heavy paw marks from the dyed dust surface onto the light carpet. Panic was not even close. I needed prompt action on both the drive and my carpet. Mrs Simmons assured me they would send Kevin ASAP to see if he could work his magic on the carpet. He arrived promptly and amazingly managed to clean off the large dark paw prints through the lounge. He was so understanding of the situation as was Mrs Simmons and I extremely grateful they saved the day. Thankyou for your prompt action and concern. You will always be recommended as a caring and efficient Company.

We used Rotherham Clean and Dry to deep clean the carpets of our newly bought home before moving in. The technician (John) arrived exactly on time and worked non stop for over 3 hours without a break. He gave us advice on how to keep our newly cleaned carpets remain in the ‘as new’ condition John had got them to. We were extremely satisfied with the service, staff and outcome and would definitely use and/or recommend them again.

I have been Clean & Dry Rotherham's client for 2 years running now and I have no plans on using someone else to clean my carpets. When we moved in to our house in 2022, we decided to have our carpets cleaned just to refresh them and found this company. Allan is responsive, professional and friendly, and the quotes they provide are great value for money. This year, I received a reminder email from Allan about our annual clean, which I found incredibly helpful especially because I would have forgotten otherwise. I was also able to avail of their January deal, which is an added bonus! John, who has cleaned our carpets both times, is punctual, courteous, professional and really efficient. He comes is and does the job well and even provided some advise on a few things, which I really appreciated! Overall, I'm extremely happy with the services I've received so far from Allan and the team. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

After spilling a full coffee on my new rug a professional clean was my only option. After sending an enquiry and getting a speedy response and a good price on the soiled rug and 2 others which needed refreshing I decided to go ahead. The rugs were picked up promptly and dropped back off within a few days. I was able to inspect all three before paying to ensure I was happy and happy I was! The soiled rug was like bran new again. All 3 came up gleaming and smelt absolutely lovely. A week later they still smell divine. I will definitely be using this service a few times a year moving forward. I came across Clean & Dry via a google search after my partner spilt curry sauce all over our new sofa! I wasn’t very hopeful as I had read about the staining power of curry sauce. Clean & Dry responded swiftly and talked me through the bleach and UV process etc. They kept in contact with me throughout and kept me updated with the stains. After several attempts the sofa came back to me looking as good as new with no stains, marks or colour change. I am so so pleased with Clean & Dry from start to finish their service has been impeccable and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Was extremely apprehensive sending our rug anywhere as it cost a lot of money but didn’t want to get rid of it either and buy another. We attempted to clean it ourselves which was a mistake as it made it worse 🤦🏼‍♀️. I can honestly say I’m amazed with how it’s turned out! It’s like brand new! Really happy! The team are very professional and helpful and collected and dropped back off so no faffing around ourselves! Great company 🙌🏻

Excellent service from start to finish having our two white synthetic rugs cleaned. The cost of cleaning was not too far from the cost of replacing cheap modern rugs, but with waste consciousness on our mind, I have no regrets about opting for the cleaning. Outcome was much better than expected and the price was very fair. I would use the service again in an instant. Great doing business with businesses like this one.
