As I am disabled, he moved the furniture for me (a big thankyou for that). The serviceman was cheerful & pleasant and did not object to having to move the furniture. I have had a dog for 2 weeks, he is 8 yrs old but doesnt seem to be house trained. Your serviceman spotted a mess and cleaned it up for me, please thank him.
