A very professional job all round, something we do not see very often these days.
This was Mrs Booth's feedback on the questionnaire we left after cleaning for her.
Mrs Booth has been a client since 2005 and uses our reminder service, asking us to contact her every twelve months to remind her that it's time to clean the furnishings again. Our reminder service is very popular with our clients, they tell us how often they would like the item cleaning, and we automatically contact them to remind them. Mrs Hobson recently had her carpets and rugs cleaned and protected. We leave every client abrief questionnaire and Freepost envelope to return it in. In response to the question "How can we impove our service to you?" Mrs Hobson said... "No improvement needed!!"

Was the response on Mrs Birkett's questionnaire which was returned recently.
The question was "Would you like to make any other comment (good or bad)?"
Mrs Birkett's response was "Fab, fab, fab! Wonderful service. Thank you."
When we asked if there was any particular reason for choosing us she said it was because she had
"Used you before and excellent service."
Mrs Birkett has asked us to remind her to have the items cleaned again in about 18 months, which is how often most carpet manufacturers recommend having carpets cleaned to maintain them in peak condition. A recommended 12 - 18 month cleaning cycle is also suggsted by The IICRC, who are the international certifying body for carpet cleaning procedures. We'll drop Mrs Birkett a letter shortly before the 18 months anniversary and schedule the next clean, hassle free.
When Mrs Havenhand of Woodsetts used our services again recently this is what she had to say about the work done by Peter...

When laying new carpets, get somebody to seal under the skirting boards with a silicon sealer. This will prevent those annoying dark marks around the edge of the carpet which are actually caused by dirt rising up, rather than dirt going down.
